How do I change or cancel my booking?+

Open My trips, select the booking, then choose Change or Cancel. Refund eligibility depends on your fare type.

When will I receive my e-ticket?+

Right after payment. You'll also get a confirmation email within a few minutes.

Can I add baggage after booking?+

Yes — go to My trips and select Add baggage. Prices vary by airline and route.

Do you support group bookings?+
